The low down on The Red Spaniard is we are a family owned and operated 100% vegan bakery. Our breads and sweet treats are always baked fresh the day they are served. We bake all our goodies with love and are proud to serve healthy, cruelty-free, sinfully good gourmet treats. I have always had a passion for baking starting from a young age. I used to watch my grandmother and mother in the kitchen and always aspired to be just like them when I was older. When I became vegan it became increasingly difficult to find a bakery where I could enjoy a sweet treat without jeopardizing my lifestyle. Thus, The Red Spaniard was born and now I can serve healthy, plant based desserts in my community.
